Just curiosity mostly. If you would bake a cake or not.

I have gay neighbors across the street from my house. Twice a year we
have a community yard sale. One gay comes out and _always_ has long
conversations with all the girls at my house. Never speaks to me or
even acknowledges an engagement in conversation from me.

Emmitt Smith a former NFL player who's quite Black was a guest on the show and was surprised that he had a Mulatto great grandmother who lived in Alabamastan and that he had living relatives from that branch of his family tree who now reside in Alabamastan. Many Negro Americans believe that they're part Native American are surprised to discover that those ancestors are actually Caucasian Europeans. Hell, I tell everyone that I must be part Negro because Italians and Hillbillies will mate with anything. I recall having an aaaaaaaaunt. ^_^

1) I'm inclined to think they are...
but
2) even if it is/was a choice, what possible concern is it of anyone
else that someone choose to be gay rather than straight?

Well, many people have used the argument that people are "born" gay in
order to force a mindset on others who disagree with the lifestyle.

I would quibble with your wording. Yes, people say that one is "born
gay" because that does push the discuss in a different direction. But
it's not an unreasonable starting point since the evidence is
overwhelming that a person IS born either gay or straight.

How can you tell if a baby is gay or straight?

However, I
don't think they do it specifically because others "disagree"with the
lifestyle, I think they do it because other ACDTIVELY try to prevent
gays from partaking of the SAME lifestyle that straights are allowed
to have, i.e. a married lifestyle and even before that point, many who
"disagree" want gays to be forced to hide in a closet. You know, the
people who think letting children know such a thing as a gay person
exists will somehow damage the child... those kind of people are not
content to just "disagree" but want to actively force gays underground
as well as prevent them from having a lifestyle comparable to
straights, i.e. the committed and possibly married lifestyle.

Frankly, I'd rather people keep their sexual preferences private. Why
do gays want everyone to know where they want to put their private
parts, anyway?

That aside gays could already marry anyone of age of the opposite gender
just like straight people could marry anyone of age of the opposite
gender. They already could have an equal lifestyle, BUT they don't want
an equal lifestyle. They want special rights to redefine marriage. So,
now that marriage is redefined, who is going to tell the next
combination who want to marry that they can't? How will our American
society define marriage in the future?

You've never addressed the legal precedence that now exists that
probably will be the precursor to such marriage combinations. I'd like
to see what you think will happen when the worst of the worst decides
they want the same privilege to marry.

You and the others are using all the very same arguments that were
used when people wanted to keep blacks from having the same rights as
whites. People who used those arguments were bigots and racists then
just as people using those arguments today are bigots. As you may
recall, back then many of the arguments, not all, were grounded in
peoples religious beliefs that blacks were inferior because it SAID SO
IN THE BIBLE. Now you want to use your religious beliefs to
discriminate against another minority, this time gays instead of
blacks. Shame on you.

People should have the right to marry. Miserable is a choice.

Now, who will decide what combinations of people can marry?

WRONG. Try again.

Have gays done any thing like trying to force others

faggot sodomite perverted sinful celebration cake?

That's not personal choices, those are business choices. It's no
different then trying to claim people being forced to install fire
sprinklers that meet code are being "forced to make choices they don't
want to make". Of course people are "forced to make choices they
don't want to make" every day. That's really not pertinent to his
discussion for the context.

Hey, you should use that logic in some place like
Iran. Go tell them that selling ham and cheese
sandwiches is a business decision mandate, and they
should not be offended.

As to the Christian bakers and the sodomite celebration
cake, the bakers sure took it personally.

To be fair, it's not moving the goal posts. It's a very fair and
legitimate question as to why some people want to strictly interpret
the little bit the bible has to say about homosexuality,
while totally ignoring what it says about all those other things.
And when you choose to enforce all the bizarre rules, or most of the rules
from 2000 years ago, some very, very bad things happen as you can
see from radical muslims.

"Jesus speaks through me. Prove he doesn't."
"Do you pick and choose which of God's laws to follow?"

You mean those are the same? Looks like different
questions (goal post move) to me.

And you again feign stupidity as if you didn't understand Traders
point. Instead of addressing it you once again go off on a pointless
tangent to avoid talking about the obvious conflict between your
desire to enforce one tiny bit of bible "law" while turning a blind
eye to all the other bible "laws" that might inconvenience you too
much. Pure hypocrisy.

Is he a queer bigot?

No, maybe he is overpowered by the testosterone or shy. IDK maybe you're

I guarantee that you have a preconceived bias against one person, group,
race, religion, thought. If one acknowledges it, it can be bypassed. Until
it is acknowledged then you are a hypocrite.

The only people trying to force others to make choices they
don't want to make are the religious adherents.

WRONG. Try again.

Have gays done any thing like trying to force others
to make choices they don't want to make? Like baking
faggot sodomite perverted sinful celebration cake?

That's not personal choices, those are business choices. It's no
different then trying to claim people being forced to install fire
sprinklers that meet code are being "forced to make choices they don't
want to make". Of course people are "forced to make choices they
don't want to make" every day. That's really not pertinent to his
discussion for the context.

Hey, you should use that logic in some place like
Iran. Go tell them that selling ham and cheese
sandwiches is a business decision mandate, and they
should not be offended.

As to the Christian bakers and the sodomite celebration
cake, the bakers sure took it personally.

Goalpost movement noted.

And, so, the gays are using the force of
law to force Christian bakers to make
cakes to celebrate sin. That's forcing
choices.

So, you still wanting me to prove a negative, then?
