That doesn't surprise me too much that you'd get the odd doctor doing that because of the way the US health care system puts it's priorities on making money first. The UK has the opposite approach. Yes it is a socialist method, but our Conservative government supports it because it helps everyone and emphasis is on the patients care rather than greedy health companies. |

They change their masks often, use high quality masks, and are mostly vaccinated now, 20% protection (with a plain cloth mask) from catching the disease is "little protection" on my scale. 80% protection against passing it to others is "a lot of protection". My health issues are not the same as his, therefore, I don't wear masks. I chose vaccination. I choose to NOT take experimental shots. I'd rather wait to see how all the guinea pigs fair in the next several years after having been experimented upon. -- Maggie Please cite for us all the vaccines where some serious side effects only emerged years after vaccination. Or cite for us where *any* negative side effects emerged years later. We've been vaccinating for over a hundred years, so that should be easy. The only one I've heard about was where the shyster doctor in the UK falsified data and claimed that the MMR vaccine was causing autism. Many subsequent investigations around the world found no correlation, the article was removed from the journal, the doctor lost his license. Sadly though it's still fertile material for the cult of anti-vax fools. |

I wonder how many people you intentionally infected? Do you keep a tally? I had a sinus infection. They said it was covid. I was tired for a little while, but then again a sinus infection is something I get at least once a year when the weather changes. Every time I get a sinus infection I feel tired for a while. Did I really have covid? They said I did. Many people have had similar issues during cold and flu season. I didn't get the flu, though ... no other symptoms, either. and so did several other people I know. My body fought it off like it does most viruses. So did our ambulance driver. It was a fairly harmless strain. He died the second time round though. P2, that's nasty. I'm still here, and will be here until I'm not. That's life. Carry on not using a mask, and tell us all about it. You can post even when you're on a respirator. TIA []'s I've never worn a mask and yet all I had was a sinus infection they diagnosed as being covid. I live every day as I see fit and take care of my health in my best interests. Wearing masks are NOT in MY best interests. Were you tested or did somebody just say so? If half million died there must have been maybe fifty million that survived? Yes, I was tested. I recalled a woman being hospitalized and they said covid but her husband insisted she be tested and it finally turned out she had Legionnaires disease. All I had was a sinus infection that was treated with antibiotics. Then, I think you are good to go if the test was positive. If not you never had it. Gets odd as a friend that was vaccinated had to get tested before he went in for angiography. Breakthrough cases, dontcha know. All the medical community is vaccinated but still takes all precautions. I just came from the eye doctor and all of us were masked and all vaccinated. Yeah, my dentist requires masks... The city had its first Downtown Tonight yesterday since 2019. It's in a park along the river, with a band and food trucks every Thursday night. I concluded everybody in town is fully vaccinated since I only saw a mask on one elderly woman. The lines at the food trucks were long with one puzzling exception. The Big Dipper is a local ice cream store that has a truck. I could walk right up and get a scoop of huckleberry ice cream. Since the temperature was close to 90 it tasted pretty good. The one man band sucked. The Thursday night slot has always been b-list performers trying to work their way up to a slot at the Wednesday noon time event but this guy was outstandingly bad. |
