credentials. I ran that SOB off and emplaned anything he did I would

was crazy. Neighbors said; he his crazy, not to mess with me.
Neighbor ran him off to. Another clown was loudly beating on my front
door once. I came around the corner with a hatchet (work tool) in my
hand. Eyes got big and said "you have a hatchet." Explained I sure
did - git your ass down the road before I call the Coroner to pick you
up. Sometimes you don't really need a gun or large teeth for chewing
ears off.

I've gotten rid of pests by acting crazy. I'd walk toward them with a crazy look in my eyes, my arms outstretched, dragging one leg and my tongue hanging out while making Tasmanian Devil sounds like the cartoon Taz. The meanest toughest thug is afraid of a crazy person. People are fun to frak with. ^_^

Couple three months ago three ass-hats were distracting store clerks
and stealing the store blind. Two clerks are timid and not
confrontational, not paying attention. So I spoke up. The leader of
the pack got in my face and invited me outside so all three could
handle me. I told that slimy faced Mexican that I was already
standing at the door, on my way out. Told him not to make the wrong
mistake, he may not like the results by dealing with me. (all on
video). I have experience already fighting 3 on 1. Then this ass hat
made a verbal; attack on a beautiful female customer. She got in his
face just like I did. I'm old but a 3 on 1 fight would have been a
hoot, to hone my skills.

All bark no bite from those ass-hats.

hmm Does that mean they still can't sue? Gee, I think I'd find a way if

The case is still active in federal court. Only the 3rd Amendment part
was dropped by the federal judge -- housing of troops. Taking over the
house without a warrant and violating civil rights (3) by abuse is
still on the court docket.

geesh I'd tell the guy to get off my property and walk away.

Some ass-hat showed up on my property telling me he was going to
install XYZ Internet for my house. Insisting! Asked for his ID
credentials. I ran that SOB off and emplaned anything he did I would
rip out. He went next door trying the same, and told my neighbor I
was crazy. Neighbors said; he his crazy, not to mess with me.
Neighbor ran him off to. Another clown was loudly beating on my front
door once. I came around the corner with a hatchet (work tool) in my
hand. Eyes got big and said "you have a hatchet." Explained I sure
did - git your ass down the road before I call the Coroner to pick you
up. Sometimes you don't really need a gun or large teeth for chewing
ears off.

I've gotten rid of pests by acting crazy. I'd walk toward them with a crazy look in my eyes, my arms outstretched, dragging one leg and my tongue hanging out while making Tasmanian Devil sounds like the cartoon Taz. The meanest toughest thug is afraid of a crazy person. People are fun to frak with. ^_^

Couple three months ago three ass-hats were distracting store clerks
and stealing the store blind. Two clerks are timid and not
confrontational, not paying attention. So I spoke up. The leader of
the pack got in my face and invited me outside so all three could
handle me. I told that slimy faced Mexican that I was already
standing at the door, on my way out. Told him not to make the wrong
mistake, he may not like the results by dealing with me. (all on
video). I have experience already fighting 3 on 1. Then this ass hat
made a verbal; attack on a beautiful female customer. She got in his
face just like I did. I'm old but a 3 on 1 fight would have been a
hoot, to hone my skills.

All bark no bite from those ass-hats.

I can't fight anymore even though I've seriously injured people by accident while sparring but I was able bodied at the time. I got a good price on an inexpensive Hi-Point CF380 which I will have to use in self defense instead of my hands and feet. It's not the finest firearm in the world and gun snobs look down on Hi-Point firearms but the guns have a lifetime warranty. A 380 round will poke a hole through the forehead of any thug. ^_^

effort to beat all three down or cut off lips, ears and nostrils off.


Funny only one spoke for all three.

I have never met a man that could catch a .380 in his teeth or able to
not choke on the barrel, Have you?

A barrel in a nostril or ear can change the battle.

I'm going to have to buy the longer 10 round magazine for the pistol because the standard 8 round mag is too short and doesn't fit my hand at all. I've only found one gun that fit my hand and that was a .50 cal Desert Eagle but not only can I not afford one but I doubt I could handle the beast. o_O

The case is still active in federal court. Only the 3rd Amendment part
was dropped by the federal judge -- housing of troops. Taking over the
house without a warrant and violating civil rights (3) by abuse is
still on the court docket.

The answer to that is simple. The inspector is doing the best he can
with a stupid ordinance.
If he doesn't enforce it, they will fire him and send out a guy who
will.
Perhaps the real question is whether there is a lot more going on here
than just smoke. These are feuding neighbors and the "bitch" took the
time to find a law they were breaking. The real answer is to make them
give you a ticket, hire a lawyer and get the ordinance thrown out but
that costs money.

I don't even see a law that applies. The article talks about some
guy having an issue with his neighbor. The apparent law talks
only about "commercial" BBQs not being exempt from air quality laws.....
This is like so many things, the details are lacking. If the
guy is doing small scale, typical, BBQ occasionally on his property,
it's one thing. If he's doing large scale stuff every day with
the smoke blowing onto a neighbor close by home, then it's another.
