Now you know why I left Florida. The Damn Yankees moved in.

The video suggests you are not allowed to have BBQ smoke on your
street but on you property is okay?

Can somebody explain Snow Birds transformation to Damn Yankees?

Global BBQ smoke climate winds or what? Yankees and Liberals please
chime in.

geesh I'd tell the guy to get off my property and walk away.

Bah. Sue them, the feds and everybody they know. Sue the cats and dogs
to.

Members of a Henderson family may proceed with their civil rights case
against police officers who took over their homes without warrants in
2011, but a federal judge has thrown out the family’s unusual Third
Amendment claim

hmm Does that mean they still can't sue? Gee, I think I'd find a way if
that'd been me and my home.

The case is still active in federal court. Only the 3rd Amendment part
was dropped by the federal judge -- housing of troops. Taking over the
house without a warrant and violating civil rights (3) by abuse is
still on the court docket.
