I know of a least 2 big traders on Ebay who have switched to a new ID
after adverse feedback and to avoid paypal clawback.

Then anyone dealing with them should be very careful as with anyone with
little feedback.

Yup, one is being investigated for fraud...
Good feedback can be "self generated" as you are probably aware.
