I know of a least 2 big traders on Ebay who have switched to a new ID after
adverse feedback and to avoid paypal clawback.
Paypal (now owned by ebay) security is also a joke. Someone managed to
register my credit card with paypal even though he didn't have the security
number. After making £1k of Ebay puchases in one day the CC company blocked
the card and clawed back the amounts. As the sellers were stupid enough to
ship to a different address than the card holders, they will have to take
the hit.
