Default MAKE FAST CASH

A-chew!

Excuse me, but i'm allergic to bull****.

"Your Full Name" wrote in message
...
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUS, IT'S NOT A JOKE

HERE HOW TO CREATE A DOLLARSCHAIN!
THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR YOU TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT OR E-BOOK. IT'S
A
EASY UNIQUE AND TOTALLY LEGAL WAY FOR EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO FOLLOW
THESE
SIMPLE INSTRUCTION TO MAKE $50,000 IN A MONTH TIME. TAKE A FEW MINUTE TO
READ THIS OVER AND UNDERSTAND IT. IT'S EASY 1-2-3
NOTE BEFORE READING: IF THIS PAGE IS NEW TO YOU, THIS IS A EXCELLENT WAY
FOR
A PERSON ALL AGES TO GAIN BIG MONEY. IF YOU'RE ALREADY FAMILAR WITH THESE
INSTRUCTION AND YOUR LOOKING FOR MORE FAST MONEY MAKING TECINIQUE AS SUCH,
THERE'RE AN WHOLE ASRENAL MORE AT THIS LINK HERE
HTTP://WWW.FINDITFORTENHERE.COM NO MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRE (IT A FREE
SITE). ALSO FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY BEEN PARTICIPATION WITH THIS PROJECT AND
IT HASN'T WORK TO THE POTENTIAL ABILITY FOR YOU, THERE IS ALSO AN
ALTERNATIVE VERSION AVAILABLE OF THIS SAME PROJECT THAT WILL BRING YOU 5X
THE MONEY THAT YOU COULD EVEN THINK OF MAKING FROM THIS ONE! SO AT THE END
OF THE DAY I GOING TO LEAVE EVERYBODY ON THE NET WITH A WIN WIN SITUATION
I'LL PROMISE.

Make Money Now **This Really Works (just take a few second to read) **
$50,000 in one month. Direct to you.

!!!!COPY AND PASTE THIS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM NOW!!!!!
PLEASE NOTE: Follow these directions EXACTLY, and $50.000.00 or more can
be
yours in 20 to 60 days. This program remains successful because of the
honesty and integrity of the participants. Please continue its success by
carefully adhering to the instructions. You will now become part of the
Mail
Order business. In this business, your product is not solid and tangible,
it's a service. You are in the business of developing Mailing Lists. Many
large corporations are happy to pay for quality lists. However, the money
made from Mailing Lists is secondary to the income which is made from
people
like you and me asking to included in that list. Here are the 3 easy steps
to success:

STEP ONE: Get 6 separate pieces of paper and write your name and address
plus the following on each piece of paper
"PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST."
Now get 30 US$ and place 5 US$ inside EACH of the 6 pieces of paper so the
$5.00 will not be seen through the envelope (to prevent thievery). Next,
place one paper in each of the envelopes and seal them. You would now have
6
sealed envelopes, each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase,
your
name and address, and 0ne $5.00. What you are doing is creating a service
and you are paying for it! Like most of us I was skeptical and a little
worried about the legal aspects of it all. So I checked it out with the
U.S.
Post Office 1-800-725-2161 and they confirmed that it was indeed legal.
Mail
the 6 envelopes to the following addresses:

1. John kalabel / 44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada.
2. Caleb Brewer /44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada
3. Fred Grant / 44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada
4. Sony Duroseau/ 44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada
5.Jim Harris / 44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada
6. Tyrell Banks / 44c forester / Ottawa / Ontario / Canada

STEP TWO: Now take the #1 name off the list that you see above, move the
other names up 6 becomes 5, 5 becomes 4, etc., and Add YOUR NAME as number
6
on the list.
STEP THREE: Change anything you need to, but try to keep this article as
close to the original as possible. Now, post this amended article to at
least 100 newsgroups. (There are close to 450,000 groups on Yahoo Groups
alone). All you need is 100, but remember, the more you post, the more
money
YOU make! You won't get very much unless you post like crazy!
This is perfectly legal! If you have any doubts, refer to Title 18 Sec.
1302
& 1341 of the Internatational Postal Lottery Act. Keep a copy of these
steps
for yourself and, whenever you need money, you can use it again, and
again.
PLEASE REMEMBER that this program remains successful because of the
honesty
and integrity of the participants and by their carefully adhering to the
directions. Look at it this way. If you are of integrity, the program will
continue and the money that so many others have received will come your
way.
NOTE: You may want to retain every name and address sent to you, either on
a
computer or hard copy and keep the notes people send you. This VERIFIES
that
you are truly providing a service. (Also, it might be a good idea to wrap
the $5 in dark paper to reduce the risk of mail theft.) So, as each post
is
downloaded and directions carefully followed, six members will be
reimbursed
for their participation as a List Developer with two dollars each. Your
name
will move up the list geometrically so that when your name reaches the #5
position you will be receiving tens of thousands of dollars in CASH!!!
What
an opportunity for only $30.00 ($5.00 for each of the six listed above)
Send
it now, add your name to the list and you're in business!
NOTE: Send only US dollars in this program as the US dollar always has a
stable xchange rate and is easily available to peoples outside the US.If
you
live outside the US then please exchange local currency int 30 US$.
Exchanging money int $ is cheap, easy and can be done at most banks, post
offices, embassies even super markets. It will all be worth it when you
start receiving thousands of dollars in the mail. Also letters to places
other than your own country, it is a good idea to send them air-mail not
by
land, there is not a lot of difference in price for this.

********************POSTING TO NEWSGROUPS*****************
STEP ONE: You do not need to type this entire letter to do your own
posting.
Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this letter, drag your cursor
to
the bottom of this document, and select 'copy' from the edit menu. Open a
blank 'notepad file' and place the cursor at the top of the document then
select 'paste' from the edit menu. Then delete the first name #1, make the
second name #1 etc., then add your name and address to #6, then save the
file as a .txt file, so you have the file to go back to.

STEP TWO: Using Netscape or Internet Explorer try searching for various
newsgroups (on-line forums, message boards, chat sites, discussion boards,
etc.) One of the largest newsgroups can be found at Yahoo Groups
(http://groups.yahoo.com) and ListBot at (http://listbot.com). Also if you
use Outlook Express and Netscape Messenger you will have access to
hundreds
of thousands of newsgroups worldwide. Visit these newsgroups, guestbooks,
message boards etc., and post this article as a new message by
highlighting
the text of this letter selecting 'paste' from the edit menu. Fill in the
subject header, try and think of something that a curious person cant
resist
from checking, that's it keep posting in the newsgroups, a matter of
seconds. There is a faster way. If you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook
Express to select newsgroups rapidly. You only need a one time, 'Copy and
Paste' to send to all of them automatically.

******REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST, THE MORE YOU GET*******
You have to post a minimum of 100** and thats it!! You will start
receiving
money from around the world in a matter of days! You may want to rent a
P.O.
Box due to the large amount of mail you will receive. If you wish to stay
anonymous, you can invent a name to use, as long as the postal service
will
deliver it.
Get all your work colleagues or schoolfriends involved. Talk it over with
all your friends or simply post it to everyone in your email address book.
Here are some useful links, but remember there are thousands mo
Yahoo Groups http://groups.yahoo.com
Smartgroups http://smartgroups.com
Yahoo Clubs http://clubs.yahoo.com
Listbot Http://www.listbot.com
MSN Communities http://communities.msn.com
Bravenet Forums http://www.bravenet.com
Ezboard http://www.ezboard.com
http://www.finditfortenhere.com get access to 1 million opt-in e-mail
addresses

REMEMBER: This program relies on the honesty and integrity of the people
involved we are in a WIN WIN situation, basically what we are doing is
helping each other get enough money to afford those basic things we
desperat
ely want, with a lot more extra.
So you have posted this message on at least 100 newsgroups, you get 5
responds to begin with. Each of the 5 persons sent you $5.00. These 5
people
now make the MINIMUM 100 postings, each with your name at #5 and 5 persons
respond to each of the original 5, that is another $125.00 for you, now
those 25 each make 100 MINIMUM postings with your name at #4 and only 5
replies each, this will bring in an additional $3125.00 and you can see it
just goes on and on and on.
Good Luck everybody this works, I am sorry I have been a skeptic for all
these years and now I am kicking myself for ignoring those e-mails, by now
I
could have been very very wealthy.
$30.00/U.S. Currency / 6 envelopes + postage / and a little bit of time to
collect $125,000 in a month.
Why spend another dollar on any lottery?

HERE ONE TO GROW ON: TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON THAT COME ACROSS THESE
SIMPLE
INSTRUCTION OF EASY EXTRA DOLLAR'S, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO QUICKLY TAKE
INITIATIVE AND ACTIONS. IT'S ONLY A $30 INVESTMENT THAT WILL GO A LONG WAY
TO BENEFIT YOU AND EVERYBODY ELSE THAT LINKS ON TO THIS MONEY CHAIN. BE
SMART! THEY SAY "HIGH RISK BIG REWARD" IN THIS CASE "SMALL RISK GIANT
REWARD". THERE IS NO WORST CASE SCENARIO AT THE LEAST ONCE YOU INVEST YOUR
$30 THE ODDS IS IN YOUR FAVORITE THAT YOU WILL HAVE THAT $30 PLUS MORE
COMING BACK AT YOU IN A DAY OR TWO GUARANTEED!!!

Very good.

Now pretty-please learn to (a) simply ignore generic MMF spam, (b) NOT
to top-post a two-line response with the ENTIRE SPAMSPEW APPENDED.
You'll find even Outcrock Distress - your chosen 'newsreader' - does
offer the option of starting your response *after* the previous article
- which affords you the opportunity to trim it down to the fragment(s)
you're responding to, so that your readers (of whom there are hundreds
or more) have an easier time following the thread of the conversation;
and also that there are a number of other newsreaders which you can try
- Thunderbird, over at www.mozilla.org, is easy to operate if you're
converting from Outcrock; a google for 'windows newsreader' will turn up
other possibilities.

Thank you for playing - Stefek

Also spare a thought for those of us who are on newsfeeds that get spam
filtered by our ISPs. For we only ever get to see these posts when
someone a) replies to one, and b) quotes the whole sodding thing.

Great! Spam and followed by an impromptu, patronising lecture.

Oh no, i've crossed swords with the DIY police. Big mistake or what!? And
you lot are sure to be well tooled up what with an arsenal of deadly power
tools to choose from your sheds.

I suppose saying sorry and a confession of it was simple over sight are

Just don't strap me to a work bench with a slow moving circular saw
approaching my goolies! Mind you, that would be preferable to another

Would a £20 circular saw from the sheds be suitable for that or is it

Na, good enough for me.... ;-)

(only mentioned it since a good number of folks who post responses to

That'd be Cruel And Unusual Punishment, and would remind us too much of
007 films, which in turn would remind us too much of our regular
bugbear. Nah, you're safe: by the time we've discussed what sort of
death-dealing device to build, how to wire it up (allowing for voltage
drop, and the need for a Type C or Type D MCB to handle the startup
surge), whether to use bargain-basement or last-a-lifetime tools to
build it, whether to build one great one or two (or was it three?) cheap
ones, decided what format to write it up in for the FAQ, argued whether
the wasps' nest is a fear-inducing element or all part of the wunnerful
world of naycher, ditto the chickens, OH and whether the discussion's
top-or-bottom-posted ;-) - you'd have time to not only walk quietly away
but handbuild an entire (small) housing estate...

Certainly under US law, making repros of dollar bills is very strictly
controlled; the US Treasury website has details, which include stuff
like "you can do novelty ripoffs based on currency BUT it has to be
distinctly different in size and/or aspect-ratio and/or colo[u]r": it
carves out the 'design space' around real currency and says Thou Shalt
Not Walk Here. And they've apparently encouraged photocopier and scanner
manufacturers to detect and deliberately spoil/low-fi-ify (IYSWIM)
images of The Holy Greenback...

You just reminded me to try an experiment...

Stuck a £20 note on the flatbed and scanned at 300dpi into Photoshop
CS... no problem.

Up the resolution to 1200dpi however, and you get a popup after the scan
that says:

"This application does not support the unauthorised processing of
banknote images

For more information select the information button below for
internet-based information on restrictions for copying and distributing
banknote images or go to www.rulesforuse.org."

Works fine in Photoshop 7 or lower however.... (older versions scan
quicker as well - wonder why insert "irony" emoticon here)

(interesting to note there is no way of telling it that you are
authorised to process such images - perhaps there is a registry tweak)

It's interesting how we've seamlessly moved from hacking my knackers off
with either a circular saw or angle grinder to flat-bed scanning in bank

I appreciate the diversion of attention though.

With all this DIY police persecution, I can see myself living a fugtives
life somewhere in the Himalayas with Bin Laden. It looks like it may be the
only escape from the unstoppable tide of foul mouthed retribution and
possible reprisals.

What if I bought every one a nice glittery, gold plated spirit level? Would
that go some way to appeasing all?

Stuck a £20 note on the flatbed and scanned at 300dpi into Photoshop

Up the resolution to 1200dpi however, and you get a popup after the scan

banknote images

I wonder how it knows? You could create a pattern library for existing
notes but what about new designs?

It's interesting how we've seamlessly moved from hacking my knackers off

Well, I thought we may as well get some interesting discussion from the
thread ;-)

I appreciate the diversion of attention though.

If nothing else, it will give you something to think about as the

Could be digital watermarking... i.e. a banknote identifying signature
steganographed into the imagery.

AIUI, the actual act of forgery for pound notes is a criminal offence.
Is this the same for Dollars/Yen/Baht?

Certainly under US law, making repros of dollar bills is very strictly
controlled; the US Treasury website has details, which include stuff

True.
However, as this is a UK d-i-y group, I was wondering how it's illegal in
the UK.
Obviously it'd be a crime in the US, and they'd want to prosecute you,
and perhaps even extradite.

Obviously it's a copyright violation, and passing off the notes as real
ones would be an offence, but is the actual creation of the notes, and
circulation to people that know they are fake?

Dunno. Forgery is apparently defined in terms of 'making a false
instrument'[1] - so, while there may be more specific statutes about UK
currency, the general case of making fakes of things of monetary value
is covered. However, the wording (from just a quick Google, and no
background knowledge AT ALL), goes on to say 'with the intention that he
or another shall use it to induce somebody to accept it as genuine',
*and* that they stand to gain some advantage (I think). So you *might*
get away with making convincing-looking 'play money' to, say, shower
someone with at a wedding... but before you do, better find out from a
more authoritative source than some unrelated newsgroup ;-)

[1] There seem to be multiple offences, covering various stages of
forgery - 'making a false instrument', 'copying a false instrument',
'using a false instrument', 'using a copy of a false instrument'(!),
'custody or control of false instruments and manufacture, custody, or
control of equipment or materials to make them'. This from the Crown
Prosecution Website at

http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/section8/chapter_c.html

Stefek, following the old dictum that if it's nicked from one source,
it's plagiarism; but if it's nicked from several, it's Research ;-)

I have an impressively big £50 (one-sided) note produced as an
advertising handout for one of those get-rich-quick work-from-home schemes.

Am offline so cannot check, but the Bank of England website has a useful
factsheet about copying banknotes. There are restrictions, eg must be
printed larger or smaller than realsize, etc.

I don't know if the restrictions apply to Bank of Scotland notes though.

If you took time to read the previous posts you'd see that I said sorry and
that it was an oversight. Not that I need to go far.

Been trying to maintain a sense of humour during the tirades of abuse. It's
very good for alleviating stress and tension. You should try it yourself
sometime...it may even make you naturally less abusive to others.

Watch it, you. That's spelt

ion - *if* you please. Otherwise, instead of the nonexistent uk.d-i-y
poliss, or the even less existent Usenet cabal, you'll have the wrath of
IP lawyers descending on you. Nastier than rusty circular saws, and even
less of a sense of humour, that lot... ;-)

I did, but it was after I had posted the above (so apologies are in
order)

I would have dropped it prior to your last two postings.
