Sorry for your loss. But I have a spare if you want!
I had a russian blue that disappeared about 3 months ago.
Now I'm down to the legal limit of 2 cats and 2 dogs.

Honestly Mac I don't know but he sure looks like at least part of one
in him. We got him from Petsmart who is always finding homes for
homeless animals. He was three months old when we got him.

Thank you. We are holding off for now since we do not know the cause
of his illness. The vet specialist first thought it to be FIP (Feline
Infectious Peritonitis) which is contagious to cats and only 1 in 20
survive it. They recommended we test and wait to insure the virus dies
before getting another. Apparently the virus can live weeks, even
months before dying off. We have already cleaned up his things and
most of the areas in the house that could potentially hold the virus
but we would rather be cautious than heartbroken again.

We get all of our animals at Petsmart too !The shelter has them down
there every weekend.

You are going to have to find a new apprentice. Who else is going to bat
the stuff back out that you dropped and rolled under the workbench, and
just can't reach ?

I have a half Blue Heeler/ half Bassett and she has been overseeing my
shop for almost 14 years.
But alas, she and I are both growing older.

We spend a lot of time soaking up the sunshine that comes in through the
shop door. Occassionally interupted with some great idea for a project
that takes a lot longer than it should.

We used to have more but realized we had too many for our little home,
so we decided two was the best limit (one per person). We still have
our dog, Coco .. 7.8lbs of lean, mean piranha attitude .. only when
the doorbell goes off!

*See attached photo of Coco as a pup.

He looks like our cat Ricky's twin, so I'm guessing Russian Blue..

We have 5 cats now and all of them prefer to hang out in the shop if we're in
there..
Funny, how they never come when you call them, but usually happen to be in
whatever room you're in.. lol

We lost a cat 6 or 7 years ago and I still have her collar hanging over my
computer.. You just never forget a good pet..
