Halifax and Alliance and Leicester get the surveyer out within a week, I've heard Woolwich can take up to six weeks, for example, which can make people antsy. I won't require a mortgage. But I shall get a survey done nevertheless, especially on the property I have my eye on, as it's 150 years old. As old as I feel this morning. MM |
