Default Electric socket behind range cooker

I am replacing a dual fuel range cooker with another, I have a socket where my washing machine is plugged in at the back of cooker ie top left hand side, bottom of socket 74cm up from floor. This has never been issue however dont know if regulations have changed. Will this stop it getting plumbed inxx
