Default Coil and Socket for Electric Range

I have a 20-year old GE electric range. Everything works fine except for one
large coil and its socket. I have two questions:

(1) Is it possible to replace the coil and its socket? Where should I get
the parts from?

(2) If it is possible, then is it worth doing?

Thanks in advance for the advice.
