Default Soft drawer closing feature not working

Our kitchen units have Blum drawer kits with a soft closing feature, however one drawer does not seem to want to work and needs pushing completely home. When the drawer is taken off the runners both extending arms on the runners soft close as required in that if you push them in the soft closing mechanism pulls them slowly in the last couple of cm. Attach the drawer unto the runners and nothing. Anyone with any idea why this drawer fails to operate like all the others?

Put the drawer in another slot - that may tell you that it is the bit
attached to the drawer or the bit attached to the frame that is the problem.

Check that there is nothing hanging down at the top of the opening, such
as something fallen down behind the drawer above.

Or the drawer front catching the one above/below. If so, adjust
the cams with a screwdriver to level and even out the gaps.

Self closing drawers are powered by gravity. The rear of the runner tracks dip down which causes the drawer runner to 'fall' down this slope. Check that nothing is obstructing this
