reports say that you don't get the codecs for TV recording anyway. You
do get a free CD/DVD player.

So is it worth the effort for a home user not running a Domain
Controller?

It says 'professional' on it so it must be good ...

Only joking.

OTOH If ye are into OS tinkering as a pastime, It's interesting taking a
dip into running a windows domain. Sure, you will need a copy of a
server OS and an always on PC (I use an Intel NUC), but then ye can then
mess with group policy, updates and service applications to your hearts
content. It doesn't stop with just the Windows 10 desktop.
