Default Removing clutch screws

How to remove clutch screws securing a bolt to a shed door? I see there
are special tools available but they're about thirty quid which is a bit
expensive for a one-off job, and I'm not sure they'd work anyway because
these are big screws that were *really* tight when they went in about 15
years ago.

Why? There's obviously some warpage going on because the bolt and keeper
don't line up properly any more and the action is getting stiffer all
the time.

Thanks. It looks like the left-handed drill bit is the way to go. I
didn't know there was such a thing. But thinking on it might be easier
and cheaper just to angle-grind the whole lot off and install new in a
slightly different location.
