Default BOILER LEAKED WATER

hi i turned up the c.h pressure on my baxi boiler to 2 bar whilst the boiler
was of however when i turned the boiler on later it started leaking out
water so i turned it off it stopped leaking soon after after a few hours
have past i turned it back on it no longer leaks the boiler turns on the
lights turn on but the flame dont light and theres no pressure
i was thinking maybe the prv had popped but wouldnt the water have gone
outside then
but if it wasnt this how else could water of leaked from it also do you
think it may just need resetting and pressurising please help

Depends if the PRV outlet pipework has any leaks.
Did any water end up outside?

but if it wasnt this how else could water of leaked from it


Sounds like it's got a leak.
However, since you didn't say _why_ you did what you did, it's
very difficult to guess the sequence of events which lead to
this, and work back to any kind of diagnosis.
