Can you find the Winger & Fundie States?

(Click on "View Map" "if you have the flash plugin installed. If you
haven't look at the mini-map: green means 80-89%, dark brown 60%..")

Ye... Look at that map. I think it's telling us that NJ has the
highest H.S. graduation rate of all the green states. I wonder if
the "college readiness" is a percentage of the graduates or of all
students.
Our taxes are sky high to pay for those schools and some people are
always trying to change that but it seems like it is working.
Ed do you have an opinion?
