For all I know Snag is black. I have never seen him. And also for
all I know the cops are black. The only cop I ever knew personally
was black. But the law is the same regardless.

believe that it is applied without regard to skin color, do you?

just remembered a recent incident, can't recall the details exactly, wasn't
it a (black) cop's car was being broken into, he drew his gun and chased
after the suspects, other cops arrived on the scene and SHOT the guy with
the gun (the black cop)?
