If you really want good coffee, roast raw beans using a popcorn popper
- instructions on the net. Potential for a little metalworking
content depending on what you do for a roaster. Freshly roasted beans
taste much better than most of what we can buy here in central PA. If
you have a local roaster who roasts daily, it may be different where
you live.
