He did more than promise. He said many times that US Steel had opened them. It was either 6 or 7. Fact is none have opened or are being built.

How about this. About a week ago, Trump was in Texas visiting an Apple plant. Upon leaving, he tweeted that he just opened a new Apple plant. It's actually been open for 5 years.

His presidency is nothing more than a sick cult at this point.
