I've been dating this homosexual man for two years and he left me for
another man. I came to alt.homo.repair to ask for advice how to repair
our love. I still love him, but he said he dont love me anymore. He
said he just wants to cut it off. What can I do to repair his love for
me?

Dear Butch,

Whatever you do, do not, I repeat, DO NOT allow him, or anybody
else, to cut it off. If that happens, you will be ****ing thru a hose
into a plastic bag for the rest of your life.

Can you tell us which one of you is the "pitcher" and which one is
the "catcher'?

Try writing him a sweet love letter, and send a box of
chocolates. Poetry is good, too. I'll write some that you
can include in your love letter.

My darling man
I have a plan
You will return
My stomach churns
My atttention span

I love your dick
I love your balls
Lets go out soon
I'll show you a full moon
In a toilet stall

We don't need no missus
We two stand when we ****us
We'll do what Sodom did
Then close the toilet lid
We'll both have many diseasus

Our eyes they will have bags
Our clothes are tattered rags
We're not afraids
We've both got AIDS
They call us homo fags

We ain't got propriety
We're scum of society
We're sick and dying
That ain't no lying
We'll soon be dead in the ground.

It don't rhyme, but it's about time.
Death to faggots!

There are 3 ways to a man's heart. Mind, stomach, and caulk. Might try
counseling, cooking lessons, and get a Dr. Ruth book.

Or google the words...

how to please a man
also...
how to annoy a man

FYI - I once asked a group of women what was the 3 ways to a woman's
heart... One said "Cash!", another said "Credit Cards!", and someone
else said "Money!"

Jesus is dead. If he was alive he would be a liberal and be appalled at
all the people doing/thinking terrible things and skating away from any
personal responsibility for that because *he* saved them.

YMMV.

Our sexuality is genetic.

People can't choose their sexuality any more than they can choose their

More than one Jesus. There is of course HAY-seuss who mows
lawns. Some churches teach about the "Mormon Jesus" and then
describe some nut case that I've never seen or heard in the
years I've been LDS / Mormon. If the anti-Mornons actually
told the truth about what Mormons believe, we'd have too
many converts. So, they twist, and dance, and lie.

People can choose thier behaviour. Just because I feel like
killing the idiot who cut me off in traffic, I don't have to
do so. Just because someone lusts after the same gender,
doesn't mean that person has to commit fornication or
immorality.

I know you were addressing someone else, but personally I find most of
what you write to be sort of stupid but harmless. I envision you as sort
of a buffoon. But you do spew forth hatred in a very un-christian manner
on occasion, and there isn't anything ambiguous about it. If you bristle
at the bigot label, perhaps you should do some introspection. You might
be a nice, kind guy with many redeeming qualities, but tolerance is
clearly not one of them.

As to whether god hates homosexuals, since god doesn't exist, the
question is absurdly moot. The only thing of relevance is your hatred
for them.

I have no doubt you may be a perfectly fine person to be around for

your beliefs, not just what you like and believe.

(Top-posted response to "is that what they teach in the Bible?")

Yep. Sodom, destroyed.

I thought Ezekiel said what for - basically the "7 deadly sins".

Furthermore, it always appeared to me that the Genesis story involving
Sodom had its main point that God would not destroy a city if merely 50,
30, or 5 righteous persons resided there.

In that story, in "my words", Lot was in conversation with God, and
unnecessarily fearful of doing that, as "just" as God is. Lot asked God
if God would destroy the sinful city if 50 or 30 or whatever few righteous
men resided there.

God said, "in my words", "I won't destroy the city if 5 good men were
there. But there ain't - at sunrise tomorrow, you better be someplace
else!"

For that matter, God is supposed to be constant and unchanging. Does
that not mean that God always used parables, as opposed to only doing so
while spending a few decades on Earth in a human body?

Furthermore, in that direction, should not an all-wise all-knowing God
have known that the flood that Noah's ark floated on would be unsuccessful
at ridding Earth of sinners? And a "just God" that promised to never
repeat that unsuccessful experiment would have not done it even once with
knowledge that it would fail? Yes, I believe that parables exist in the
Old Testament.

Does any version of the Bible overtly favor existence of bishops or
even any church structure so oprganized as to even have bishops?

Opinions are like assholes - everyone has one. The issue with
religious nutjobs like Stormin Moron is they shove their particular
version of their religion down your throat.

Sure, I guess if you read enough into it the bible says some bad
things about homosexuality. But like the article I quoted, it also
said you can sell your first born into slavery.

Every translation I've seen of the Commandments says it is only bad to
steel your neighbors slaves. That must have been great comfort in the
Antebellum South.

So I guess you can
pick and choose what part of the bible you agree with? Or can you
choose to only agree with what you like?

This turn the other cheek bit always gets short shrift. Ditto with the
bits on tolerance.

A family friend is a lesbian. Her and her partner are Mormons. Last I
checked, they still go to church. And I'm pretty confident they
haven't been stoned there. So thankfully this bigot is in the minority.

What has always irritated me most about some Christians is how they
wash away their sins with Jesus. Many Christians say and do offensive
things and not feel bad about it because the Lord has their back. Sure
doesn't stop them or even slow them down.

Usually bigotry washes away with life experience. Lester Maddox and
George Wallace are no exceptions. Not sure why that hasn't happened with
Stormin.

Here is a concept for Stormin: It's more important what you do and
say then what you believe.

Puzzled, as to why others are trying to assign hate to a

The apostle Timothy did mention Bishops.

The title Bishop is used by the LDS / Mormon church. I think
also by the Catholics, and possibly by a few other churches.

bishops or
even any church structure so oprganized as to even have
bishops?
