Default Fiberglass Pool - sidewall is buckling / bending

I have a 30 year old fiberglass pool in a moderate Northern California
climate.

The sidewall is bending inwards about 2 or 3 inches...possibly a nearby
tree root.

Anybody know how much it will bend before breaking?

Suggestions, other then ripping-up the concrete and digging-down to
have a look for tree roots??

Any experts in Santa Clara COunty who could take a look for me?

Thanks
