Hello,
The exterior trim under the gutters
is showing some water marks.

The house is only 5 years old...we moved
in about 2 years ago.

The architectural committe is asking us to
us paint the exterior trims. Is this necessary
job? And how much should we budget approx.?

Is there some cleaning work to prevent
water marks on the trims under the gutters of
the house?
