Default Tiny soldering Repair in Seattle area?

I have a replacement ROM for a music gizmo, Korg KaossPad 1, that needs replacement ROM work done.

It is tiny, too tiny for me to manage fixing.

Who is there in the Seattle area that can perform this repair job for a reasonable fee, please?

Thanks!
