I've been LARTing telus.com with each and every one of these posts.
They keep saying "send us the charter for the news group" which is a
bunch of crap. Apparently they aren't willing to apply the
ClueByFour(tm) to this user on their networks. All we can do is keep
reporting them as a black hat ISP. Anyone got an inroad to SpamCop's
list (they stopped taking news spam reports)?
