Toshiba M # 34HF83 it's a HDTV, it has horizontal interference lines
going accross the pix at startup. the lines get thinner, & go away
after a few minuites. It's not retrace, it's like floating lines of
intererference going from left to right, & they go up on an angle a
bit toward the right side. On audio/video input it's the same. Toshiba
has no known fix. Anyone come across this?
