Default Tri to Sine diode shaper (from S.E.D) - BestFitPiecewiseLinear.pdf

From a post on S.E.D...

Attachment shows piecewise-linear fit to 5V P-P sine wave with +ALE-10mV
maximum allowed error.

It occurs to me that the break-point at zero wouldn't exist in a
proper implementation (symmetric breaks around zero).
