Default Baltic Birch & moisture

Had some 6mm (.237?) b.b. plywood under my carport, seems that it has grown
in thickness to about .260. Is this typical of plywood during rainy
weather? The length/width has seen no change. I assume it will not return
to original thickness. Thanks for your input.
