Default Walnut Birfday card.

Something a little different.
Commissioned job. 2 hrs design/artwork, 4 hours of machining a 2"x 12"
x 19" slab of walnut from the b-day boy's father's farm.
His dad will clean it up, sand it and tung/linseed oil it. Then it's
off to Edmonton and I may not get a chance to photograph it when all
done, soooo, here's a rough shot.

That was fun.

Now THAT is a birthday card!

Not one of those wimpy, flowery ones from Hallmark.

Now that is something really neat, something to be proud of
receiving. That should last a couple of generations.

Really nice work!
