Default CPSIA Update - Third party testing requirement delayed one year

The CPSC voted today to delay the requirement of third party testing
for one year. You may resume breathing.

Great news! That gives everyone time to lobby their congresscritter and
get that goatrope expunged from whatever act to which it was attached.

And, tangentially, our illustrious leaders have voted to extend the E-
Verify program, which would have expired in March of this year. The
DHS is promising to make timely repayments to the Social Security
Administration, from whence it gets its operating funds....Time to
stop breathing again! Tom
