A recent garage sale provided me with a slightly used Craftsman
dovetail template # 315.25790.
Unfortunately, no instructions were with the template and one set of
spacers appears to be missing. Is anyone willing to email me a copy
of their instructions? Also,
Could anyone put a caliper on the two different sized spacers and let
me know what the thicknesses are?

The unit look like one of the generic jigs. The instructions from
Rockler's web side should do.

So what?? That still gives you a usable dovetail jig for, what?, about
$25.00?

Pony up the ten bucks and try it out...worst case is that you're out ten
bucks.

Best case is that you've got a DT jig that'll work for what you want it to
do for years.

Middle of the road is that you will figure out that you like using a jig,
but you want to get a more flexible one and replace it...in the mean time,
you've had a DT jig to use and play with....and hopefully, make stuff with.

Sears wants to charge about $15 for a replacement set of instructions
and when you are done, you still have a POS.

I threw mine in the trash and bought a JET.

Bought it on Amazon at a time when they were offering a bunch of
discounts which made it all the more attractive.

didn't help much for the Sears unit.

Sorry your offended, it was my mistake to to lump all the users into
one group. I guess I was a bit miffed when ONE response thought I was
too cheap to order the information. And as I explained, I was looking
for a simple measurement also. Would you spend 2X the cost of a tool
on information? And remember some didn't think much of the jig in the
first place.

Lastly, I did than the one helpful respondant didn't I?
