Noisey cold water cistern
I've just replaced an old (20 yrs) ball valve on the cold water tank in the loft cause the missus said it was too noisey. I fitted a new diaphragm ball valve which is now noisier than the old one, in fact you can even hear the rising main supplying the tank in the kitchen and also the upstairs airing cupboard which you couldn't before. Anyone got any ideas?
