Free Agent does not. Either your friend must get a program that correctly decodes, or you must turn off MIME quoted printable text in your copy of Agent. The MIME quoted printable option can be configured separately for each language you have configured in Agent. See... Options | General Preferences | Languages under Usenet Text and Email Text.
