Default wireless switches

I think the Quinetic and MK Echo wireless switches both use EnOcean are
they interoperable? I've seen some of the YouTube sparkies
(needlessly?) using the former, but not the latter.

The Quinitic at ~£25 each for switch and receiver are a bit "how much?"
but not completely unreasonable, the MK are well into "how ****ing
much?" territory at ~£100 each.

Any others to look at?
