I wonder how people would act if they realised the true ramifications... The supreme court - a Blairite invention - has ruled the Bercow is emperor and that a parliament that is strongly in favour of revoking article 50 is now acting as the the government, which has been stripped of its executive powers, and that there is no need to have an election at all for years. Democracy is nearly dead now. I suppose Leave supporters do have difficulty with literacy. If you missed Lady Hale's speech this morning here it is. I heard her speech. The reconvening of parliament is in Bercow's hands The introduction of legislation is in Bercow's hands, and parliaments. The government has no majority. But Parliament will not hold an election. The full horror of Blairs attack on democracy and its institutions is now apparent Blair may have invented the Supreme Court, but in what way would the old HoL law lords have been prevented from doing exactly the same thing? Serious question. Pre Blair, it wasnt stuffed with Left leaning ****s-for-hire -- "I am inclined to tell the truth and dislike people who lie consistently. This makes me unfit for the company of people of a Left persuasion, and all women" |
