Can you not log in via any browser?

What about Linux users?

But they're all doing it all the time. A year ago or so Lloyds and
Halifax (my banks) improved their online banking sites so that I could
not use them with my version of Firefox, which I cannot upgrade without
installing a new version of Windows. Which would require me to buy a new
PC. I solved the problem temporarily by installing Opera, but I'm under
no illusions that that will last much longer.

It is dependent on the browser you use. Just find one that works.

Sensibles. Change operating system (to something that still has
support and security updates).

Or just change the user agent string in the browser.

It is dependent on the browser you use. Just find one that works.

Well as far as Linux goes Barclays smart investor wont work properly
with ANY Linux browser.

Works on XP though

find MAC IOS. Android or WinPC

Well this morning I wanted to check my scheduled payments whilsy mat
home with my laptop. I only got a very limited access as I was to lazy
to fetch my mobile phone or card and reader. Later I went upstairs and
gained access without being asked for any code, as also happened a
couple of days ago.

The Inland Revenue let you choose which number to send the code to but
the bank is not so flexible.

I can go past this page:

by entering valid information, but have no intention going further.
