I am about to buy a condo in the Rockland County Area of NY.

I am curious if anyone knows of any local Banks/Lenders one can
approach for mortgage.

Ideally I would like a Local Bank since
1) they are IN the area and may respond quicker
2) closing would be easier for all parties involved since we can meet at
the office/site
