The Italians didn't have the concentration camps though did they?

Anyway they weren't overly supportive - they fought on both sides in

Anyway they weren't overly supportive - they fought on both sides in
WW2! And eventually joined our side in WW1 despite being allied with
Germany at the start

Italy expected to gain some influence in the world by supporting the
winning side in WW1, after the event they were sidelined by the main
victors Britain and France who were not anxious to share any spoils
with Italy . That caused a lot of resentment but it still wasn't a
given that Italy would become fully allied with Nazi Germany for some
years. Mussolini at one point was not happy with Austria coming under
Nazi influence and sent Troops to the Italian -Austrian Border as a
warning that they would defend Austria from a German invasion.
A bit of diplomacy by Britain and France at that point may have kept
Italy as a neutral like Franco did with Spain.

The atrocities of Japan against people in China and other countries
before and into WW2 has also meant that their decision to fight on
the allied side in WW1 a lot of it at Britains request has been
downplayed.
One means they lent support was to send a number of Doctors and Nurses
over to the UK and France to assist with the medical needs of wounded
troops.
Their Navy rather than their Army was of most use but it did lead to
them gaining ground in the Pacific and a belief that they could go
on doing so which culminated in the conflict with the USA and us.
They weren't confined to that area though, Some Japanese ships were
based in Malta.

They have in fact got plenty of criticism for doing that.

The Yanks had them long before anyone else, and the British in the Boer War.

If that were the case then it proves that the EU is a nonsense. But it
isn't so because the net beneficiaries will not want to leave.

That's because they were as about as much use to Hitler as the French
were to us.
But the MEPs were very keen to lavish praise on Canada for coming tot he
aid of "Europe" in the two world wars overlooking the fact they actually
came to help the UK.

British Raj as India had more than 100+ different major languages or
distinctive regional dialects?

Administrative language possibly: not as the common everyday langauge.

That's right, but many adopted it as a common language to communicate
with people from other parts of their own country - as has happened all
over the world.
