Has anyone seen a toolbox with small parts compartments which are
actually accessible when the lid is open?

Just about all the ones I've seen have the small parts compartments on
top of the lid which is close to useless because one needs to open the
toolbox to get at the tools needed to use the small parts.

I have seen a few toolboxes with drawers but they're often rather poorly
made (I have some) such that the drawers are so sticky to open and close
that they rapidly drive you to distraction.
