Default OTHow to **** the neigbours off but not go too far? long

Next door neigbours have turned weird with us,

i know half of the problem, i am medicaly retired (progressive joint
problems, gut problems, anemia etc), dont have kids, dont smoke, dont drink,
dont eat takeaways etc, so all the money i get goes on me, hence i have a
motorhome (self built over 7 years and perfectly fine with the DWP.. they
even said it was a good thing, gives me something to do rather than being a
couch potatoe)
we also have a new car, which my parents bought... they put my brother
through uni on a 5 year course, so spent a quarter of what they spent on him
for a new economical car for me.

Nextdoor have a kid, smoke like chimneys, dunno about drink but i often hear
them moaning about the cost of their fags and it leaving them with hardly
any money to buy food for the kid with!!

bloke got made redundant last year, and seems to have only had temporary
jobs since, and had a long time on JSA,
thats when they turned frosty,

i can see why, they are struggeling to get by, paid over the odd for their
house (bought it for 150k, it's been valued at 115k when they thought about
moving to a cheaper area when he got made redundant, and they've spent about
15k doing the house up... i know this as they talk to their friends in the
driveway, and i can clearly hear them)
And next door to them is someone living in practicaly the same house, but
renting, has money to spend on him self, dosent work and so on (never mind
the fact that i am often stuck in bed or on the toilet for days on end)

someone keeps phoning the benefits anti fraud hotline and telling them every
single thing i ever do, i can be 99% certian it's them doing it, as the list
of things reported.. most can only be seen from their window, and they
report everything, when i check the oil in the motorhome, 'he's leaning over
the bonnet, disab led people shouldent be able to do that' was the one for
that (had a visit from the bebefits compliance officer, he showed me the
list..3 pages worth and he gets more daily, he said he's tried to ignore
them, but had to come out and check... but more to let me know he said)

i park my motorhome paralell with the house front, this means i have to go
over the very front of their drive to get in and out, our drive is L shaped,
the bit that goes along the side of the house to the garage, then an extra
bit infront of the house, theirs is just the side bit (joined to ours down
the middle), and grass infront of the house.. we chose this house as it had
room for my motorhome and car.

i asked them about me having to go over their drive when i brought the van
over, and they said no problems, i only do it 10 times a year if that, but
now it seems they have changed their minds, and have just sunk a 4 foot
scaffold pole with a solar light on the top right at the end of the drive,
meaning my motorhome is now trapped, there's a railing along the front of my
drive (and along the off side of the van), so i'll have to remove that to
get out i guess,

They also keep claiming my dog is ****ting on their front lawn, despite me
making sure she never does, they can never show me the offending turds tho,
even tho i said if they see one, tell me and i'll clean it up.

As my girlfriend has a scooter, i park my car on the join of the drives,
this allows her to get her scoot out of the garage and past my car between
the house wall,
nextdoor have taken to parking their car and his van right on the join of
the drive too, she scraped the length of my car with her mirror the other
day cos of that,
yesterday she was parked with her wheels over our drive (ours is block
paved, with a slightly raised bit where the drives join which clearly marks
out hte boundries, end of the raised bit is where ours ends, the tarmac is
theirs.. it's perfectly in the middle of the boundry line and garages
middles)

i parked my car as i normaly do, meaning if she reversed she'd go into my
car, so my GF got some photo's of the way she parked just incase.

again i asked them about parking like that, i said i'd feel happier doing it
that way, than if i parked against my house wall, then my GF would be
backing her scoot between my and their cars, rather than a wall and my car,

Now when i try to talk to them, they say they are too busy, and walk off, i
honnestly tried to be friendly with them,

So now i'm thinking **** em, i'm not going to drive the van over their
scaffold pole light post even tho i am tempted to, 5 tons of van with a
solid steel bumper insert against a scaffold pole, i know which will win,
and that'd leave the scaffold pole bent over blocking their drive, but
that'd leave me open to criminal dammage charges?? or would i just have to
pay for the scaffold pole??

So what can i do to annoy them, but not go too far that they can do anything
about it,
thought about putting a cctv camera looking down the drive, it'd not be
connected up, but i know people get really arsey about them,

i could get a decibel meter, and play horrible gothy death metal type music
at 1DB under the legal limit,

maybe put a flagpole back out the front (this place had one before we moved
in) they are cristians, i could fly an athiest flag, or a satan worshiper
flag, but i think that might not be allowed, people flying jolly rogers have
been done,
they are not the type to be loyal to the country, so flying a union flag
upside down wont do owt.

i'd put a big sticker in the upstairs window that overlooks their kitchen
(did overlook a bedroom, but he blocked their window up... breeze blocks
behind the window)
i know they pull the kitchen blind when ever they see me up in that room,
hmm, maybe a lifesize print of me staring in their window, then they'd have
to live in darkness all the time,

i would really like to have been friends, but this light post thing has
screwed that up.
