I want to buy some of this - http://bit.ly/ax6DY - to hang 50mm waste
pipe from joists.
Anyone know what's it called in the UK?

The lighter stuff is known as fixing strap but various outfits hide it
under a different name:

It's a bit easier to work with and should be fine for 50mm waste.
