Default Meldrew Moment Again

Working in an office on a local industrial estate today. They had a (very
heavy) door in a partition that wouldn't close properly. Top hinge had
dropped - I wonder why.

Two screws in each hinge went into the metal frame, the other two went into
the edge of a sheet of 12mm plasterboard, using red masonry plugs!
