Default Tool-Net Dealings

Anyone had any dealings with www.tool-net.co.uk

I ordered some stuff on 14th and as of today the status still shows as
"warehouse" altho' that could change tonight,of course .

I e-mailed them earlier today to see when it would be shipped ...there seems to
be no telephone number that I can see on the website..It's all e-mail contacts .

Maybe I am just being impatient but I am so used to ordering stuff one day and
getting it the next .
