Another thread elsewhere prompted me to check oil prices. These are
both for Bristol as boilerjuice.com can't quote for me in Cumbria...

from them for Bristol.
Suppliers in N Yorks/Teesside have been charging on a "price on day of
delivery" basis in recent months - also depends on how much you buy.
