Default Quick Chuck Bit System

Hi All

I've got a mains drill driver in my workshop which uses (& can only use) the
Quick Chuck Bit System.

Drill bits have a hexagon on the end like these http://tinyurl.com/bd9t4

One or two have come loose - the drill has separated from the hexagon.

Any suggestions of how to fix it back in?

Dave
