Default Central Heating Control box issue ?

I have a problem with my central heating control box. The box is
located next to the hot water tank on the floor.Inside is a circuit
board with a relay fixed to it which is oscillating when the water
heats up.The wires also goto to the valve and pump. The control comes
from a Danfoss TP5 unit which is located down stairs. The only
identification is a circuit board number PMT-DP.I cannot identify it to
get a replacement board.Anybody with any ideas where I might locate it
or how I could replace it with an alternative.(I am told this is an
unusual configration)

I think if you put a photo up somewhere (not as an attachment here), it
might help

Sorry, I missed that

If the OP reposts the URL, I'm probably the best person to identify it
