Default Mill-drill spindle bearings

I need to lubricate the spindle bearings on my mill-drill (Harbor
Freight, RF30) and of course the supplied "owners manual" is useless.
Can someone that has done this before describe the process or refer me
to a source that does? Thanks...

Jon
