stainless steel tubing for boating, farm, etc. - $50 (coronado)

selling stainless steel tubing 1/2" round 4-5' lengths.approximately
50+ lbs. can be used for various projects. removed from sail boat.
good condition. buy for a fraction of the cost or turn in for scrap.
would like it gone this weekend.$50. text 6198650449 if interested.

This of course is 316 stainless...

Wow, great deal! Grainger wants $36.65 for a 6' stick of it, plus s/h.

What would half inch tubing be doing on a sailboat? It's not strong
enough to tie up with, not strong enough to tie a sail to, or use to
help a 200# human get onboard from the ocean. Hmm...

Magazine or plate retaining rails in the galley?

Some photo analysis indicates its *NOT* 1/2" tubing. The images are
consistant with 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" tubing and it is most likely to be the
latter as that would be a simple typo placing the ad.

snapped it up by now.

Nah, bimini tops use 1", don't they? (First one on Amazon has 7/8")
It's probably 1-1/2", anyway.

Some runs 1 1/8"
