Until all the conservatives die from eating uninspected, contaminated, meat and poultry, or their lungs turn black from breathing polluted air. Why would it be uninspected? Our appliances were inspected by UL without the government's help. And the government is not very effective at ensuring the absence of salmonella in poultry. Appliances are safer than chicken. Why do you think China makes toxic toothpase and Oreo cookies? They have government regulations, but no civil court or free press. -- Reply in group, but if emailing add one more zero, and remove the last word. |

China has toxic toothpaste and poisonous baby formula because they, like the US conservatives think that only the elites are important and the masses can fend for themselves. In china, Elites don't consume those products, so they are not at risk. This is EXACTLY what the republican party wants to offer this nation- well, that and massive wage cuts to compete with China. You people think, for some unknown reason, that since you are infinitely more "intelligient" than the "average" citizen then it's not only your God given right, but a responsibilty to tell everyone else how they should live, spend their money, what to eat, what to drive, how much to eat and drink and what to set your thermostat to. Of course, those same rules don't apply to you because you, being a highly educated individual with a degree in the "arts", don't have to abide by those same rules. Thank GOD you are in the minority. Do other insurance companies use customers'
money to lobby for victim disarmament laws? Christopher A. Young Learn more about Jesus www.lds.org .. "rangerssuck" wrote in message ... AARP is an insurance company and nothing more or less. To try and pretend that they have any more significance than any other insurance company is a mistake. |

Well, you do have a point, altho the IRS has distinguished between AARP the 501c3 entity (sposedly advocating our interests) and AARP the for-profit commercial ripoff of seniors. Truly an outrage. What a fukn disappointment..... the equivalent of finding out the ASPCA sells animals to labs.... which it doesn't, but imagine if you found out that it did (I have automatic cc payments to ASPCA).... 'Course, I also donated to Obamer's first campaign.... ahm tryna get my money back.... but not before Romney loses.... IF he loses.... goodgawd, ahma haveta move to Canada if Romney wins, cuz, well, I don't want to be interned in a work camp.... I could move to mexico, but I'm afraid some drug lord will make me his bitch.... -- EA |

AARP isn't an insurance company! AARP endorses other insurance company products, if they meet their requirements, and allows them to use the AARP name. All for a price which is used to support their advocacy of what one was the senior class but now they support every one. -- To reply to this message please remove the AT after the kgs1 in the reply to address.
