You misread Roberts, it is a tax, But it is a tax that you can
completely avoid by simply making a purchase in the free, capitalist
market, doing something that any responsible person would do anyway.

Romney gave the people of Massachusetts what they were begging for.
That was his job then. They certainly got what they deserved.

Yep. I can buy a car, home owner's insurance, life insurance,
even flood and volcano insurance from a company out of state, yet I
can't buy medical insurance from an out of state company. In the days
of horse and buggies, that might have made sense. But not today.
