Actually, Roberts made it quite clear that it was not a tax, and that if
it had been a tax, the court would have had no choice but to throw it out.


You misread Roberts, it is a tax, But it is a tax that you can
completely avoid by simply making a purchase in the free, capitalist
market, doing something that any responsible person would do anyway.

Romney gave the people of Massachusetts what they were begging for.
That was his job then. They certainly got what they deserved.

do you think that the "medical people" deserve to be paid? or do you
expect them to work for free? Would you like any assurance that your
doctor knows what she is doing, or would you like to gamble with your life?

even flood and volcano insurance from a company out of state, yet I
can't buy medical insurance from an out of state company. In the days
of horse and buggies, that might have made sense. But not today.
